A Safestyle UK prize draw has benefited one couple and helped them to pay off their double-glazed windows.Safestyle UK has paid off in full one couple's double-glazed windows after they were announced as the latest winners of its Diamond Account quarterly draw.Mr and Mrs Lott, from Southport, had the outstanding £2,060 account balance of their energy-efficient windows paid for.Since the firm started the draw in 2007, it has given away more than £30,000 worth of double glazing.Laura Middlemas, a Safestyle UK marketing executive, said: "Mr Lott was extremely surprised when I notified him of his Diamond Account Prize Draw win. £2,060 is a tremendous amount and I took great pleasure in delivering the good news to Mr Lott. The next prize draw will take place in November."Mr Lott said that he was "amazed" with the win, adding that the windows are very good as well, so it is definitely a bonus on both sides.Recently, Mark Austin, from Hazlemere Window Company, said that there would be a surge in demand for double-glazed windows before new regulations come in at the beginning of October.Posted Liam Cass
