Conservatory Outlet has launched a new range of UPVC sash windows designed to replace traditional timber alternatives.A new range of UPVC sash windows has been unveiled by leading UK manufacturer Conservatory Outlet. The windows, which have been created specifically to replace traditional timber sash products, have been designed to tilt as well as slide up and down, so they are easier for homeowners to clean. In addition, they also include storm-proof sealing and energy-efficient glazing, which will help homeowners to cut energy bills. Matthew Glover, managing director of Conservatory Outlet, said: "Today's UPVC sash windows have all the elegance of yesterday's wooden sash windows with the added benefits over the old iron and lead sash weights on a waxed cord, which were prone to breaking." Recent figures from HSBC suggested that the installation of new double glazed windows can add over £4,400 to the value of a home.
