He went on to explain that the impact of eco-friendly development work on a property owner's wallet is particularly driving interest.

Mr Oxley said: "One of the key things is that it saves them money.

"One of the big key issues is how much energy they use and, if they can cut down on energy usage by installing renewables or reducing their carbon footprint, then ultimately it saves them money."
