According to Tescocompare.com, one of the first things that people should do when preparing to move into a new home is consider the type of door locks it uses and whether it includes a house alarm.

The website has claimed that the type of products used can affect the cost of a property's buildings and contents cover, which may help to lower the compilcations of moving.
