Double glazing firm supports local school

A leading home improvement firm has donated a number of computers to a Norwich school.Double glazing firm Anglian Home Improvements has come to the aid of a Norwich school by donating several computers to the site.

Broadland High School in Hoveton, which is recognised as a specialist maths and ICT education site, has been given nine PCs courtesy of the conservatory and windows company.

It is hoped the systems will give pupils the chance to access the web and arts-based programmes for research.

Melanie Russell, head of marketing at Anglian, said the company was "delighted" to lend a hand to the school.

"Anglian's philosophy is shaped around making and improving communities and we hope that our work with the school, both now and in the future, will enable Broadland and its pupils to thrive," she added.

The home improvement firm recently launched its first company blog to keep consumers up-to-date with its work.
