Bedroom quotes: Designer taps trend for recycled furnitureA young designer has tapped into the current trend for reclaimed and reworked furniture for a new interiors line.People looking for new bedroom quotes should consider including recycled furniture, such as that from Zoe Murphy's new design range.

The Daily Mail reported that Ms Murphy, 24, has launched a line of home wares which breathes life into previously unwanted items.

At the centre of Ms Murphy's new collection is her key piece, the Margate Drawers. The unit embraces retro-styling with intricate images of the Essex seaside town that the designer grew up in.

Future projects will include decorated Formica worktops, stools and cocktail cabinets, and will be available from London department store Liberty.

Ms Murphy said: "My work is all about taking something disused and unloved and making people appreciate it again. As well as decorating each piece individually, I remodel the furniture and sort out any problems."

Last week, the Canadian Press advised people looking for kitchen quotes to use reclaimed lumber, kitchen cabinets, lighting fixtures and sinks in their interior styling, as a way of reducing costs and making their home more sustainable.
